- Tenders are invited for Welding and Fabrication Training Tools. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders from the address below in paragraph 9 (a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00 at the address given below in paragraph 9 (b), payable in cash. Bids in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with procurement reference number must be delivered at the address given below in paragraph 9(c) on or before Wednesday 4 th October, 2023. 14:00 hours (local time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and shall be returned to the owners unopened. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of MK500,000.00 or Bid Securing Declaration Form for firms 100% owned by Malawians. The Bid Security must be in form of a Bank Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee issued by a reputable bank and agreeable to the Purchaser.
