Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Printing Press and Provision of Support Services Lot 1 Five Colour plus Coatcr Sheet-fed Offset Printing Machine Lot 2 Computcr-to-Plate Machine (CTP) Lot 3 Auto Plate Processing Machine Lot 4 Automatic Book Sewing Machine Lot 5 Clamps PUR Automatic Book Binding Machine Lot 6 Guillotine Machine 3. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding documents from the Chairperson of internal procurement and disposal Committee at the address given below from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and from 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs, local time — Monday to Friday, except during weekends and national public holidays. A Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders from Malawi Institute of Education upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MK 10,000.00 or its equivalent in USD. The method of payment shall be Malawi Kwacha, either in cash or a bank certified cheque or any convertible currency. Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at the address below on or before Thursday 7th July, 2022 at 14:00hrs, local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 7th July, 2022 at 14:00hrs, local time.
