Quotation are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Diamond Mesh Perimeter Fence at Kalinyeke Tollgate Supply, Deliver and Install Diamond Mesh Wire Perimeter Fence 2.5m x 6Ft with Barbed Wire on Top 2 Pedestrian Gates 1.50 x 1.83m and 1 x Double Sliding Gate 10.5m Perimeter 233 Metres Quotation prices should be based on: for goods supplied from within Malawi; EXW - insured and delivered to Roads Fund Administration Head Office 3) The delivery period required is 21 days from date of Order. 4) Quotations must be valid for 90 days from the date for receipt given below. 5) The warranty/guarantee offered shall be: 12 Months 6) Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be marked with the Procurement Number given above and indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions. 7) Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: 8th November 2023 at 14:00hrs. 8) Quotations must be returned and deposited in a Tender Box and addressed to: The Chairperson, Internal Procurement Committee, Roads Fund Administration, Ngerengere Building, Off Queens Drive, Private Bag 369, Lilongwe 3. atambala@rfamw.com or rmanjanja@rfamw.com 0999040787 9) The attached Schedule of Requirements at Section C, details the items to be purchased.
