Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Sporting materials for Primary Schools- Football and Netball Jerseys A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address shown at 7 (b) below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MK5,000.00 payable in cash. Bids in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the tender number must be delivered to the address shown at 7 (c) below at or before Monday, 2nd October, 2023, 10:00 hours (local time). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address shown at 7 (d) below on Monday, 2nd October,2023, 10:00 hours (local time). The Ministry reserves the right to reject any or all bids. 7.
