The Senior Digital Health Advisor (SDHA) is an offshore US or TCN Personal Services Contractor located in USAID/Malawi-s Health, Population, and Nutrition (HPN) Office. The SDHA will report to the Branch Chief for Health Systems Strengthening and will provide expert technical advice to U.S. Government (USG) and other officials at all levels, including the HPN Management Team, the USAID Mission Director, the U.S. Ambassador to Malawi, and other USG and donor agencies in Malawi. The position requires highly specialized skills, knowledge, and experience related to digital health architecture and policy, as well as interagency coordination, strategic planning, and health systems strengthening. - Documents :
