• Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services 3. Bidders may bid for either one or all items, and bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all eligible bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address 9 (a) below from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm local time (Monday to Friday, except on Public Holidays). 5. A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on request to the address 9 (a) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK 5,000 (Five Thousand Malawi Kwacha only) at Ministry of Finance Cash Office, at address 9(b) below from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm local Time (Monday to Friday, except on Public Holidays). The method of payment will be cash and a General Receipt will be issued for all payments. 6. The bidding documents will be issued to the bidder immediately upon presentation of an Original General Receipt as proof of payment. Bidding documents will be issued from the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU), Room 34 Ground floor from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm local Time (Monday to Friday, except on Public Holidays). 7. Sealed Bids, clearly marked on the outer envelope with “Tender Description and Reference Number” must be delivered through the address 9 (a) below {by registering with the PDU and depositing in a tender box located near the main entrance (front door) of Ministry of Finance at Capital Hill in Lilongwe} at or before 10:00am (local time) on 6th March, 2023. Electronic bidding will NOT be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened. 8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives, who choose to attend at the address 9 (c) below at 10:00 am (local time) on 6th March, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a duly Signed Bid Securing Declaration Form on the Bidder-s Letterhead. 9.
