UNICEF has now issued an Invitation to Bid in order to select a supplier for the supply of printing items. Bidders should submit their price list using a template provided. In addition to the price list bidders should provide the following: 1. Environmentally Friendly Paper Use • Do you use environmentally certified or recycled paper in your printing processes? • If so, could you please share the relevant certifications (e.g., FSC, PEFC, Blue Angel, etc.)? 2. Waste Management • What procedures do you have in place for the disposal or recycling of printing waste (e.g., ink, paper offcuts, chemicals)? • Are there any sustainability reports or documentation you can share? 3. Ethical and Safeguarding Policies • Do you have policies in place regarding Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), child safeguarding, and labor rights? • If available, please share copies or summaries of these policies. 4 List of Printing Machines in use by the vendor This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
