The Government of the Republic of Malawi has received a loan from the European Investment Bank, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Bank-. The Northern Region Water Board, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Employer-, intended to apply part of the proceeds of the loan towards the cost of the Malawi NRWB Water Efficiency Project. The Northern Region Water Board called for and received proposals for the design review and construction supervision of Lunyangwa Dam Raising (NRWB/MZUZU/C07).
