Description:
Tenders are invited for Debt Collection for Unreturned Company Goods Greenbelt Authority(GBA), on behalf of the Government of Malawi, with funding from ORT intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to payments under the contract for provision of Consultancy services. The Greenbelt Authority carried out a personnel audit which led to some members of staff being disengaged from employment with immediate effect. Upon leaving most members did not do proper handovers thereby leaving with organizational property, especially laptops. Most members of staff also had loans with the institution. This means they have gone away with unsettled loans. 2. Objectives Retrieve unreturned laptops and loans: The primary objective is to facilitate the collection of company laptops and loans from former employees who have failed to return them when leaving the organization. Ensure compliance: The debt collector shall adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices in conducting the collection process. complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents in English may be purchased by interested consultants at a non-refundable fee of MK15,000.00 at the address below.
