- Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for the Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Design of Chikwawa - Chapananga - Mwanza (S136) Road. Request for Proposal (RfP): Interested eligible firms may download the RfP from the Roads Authority Website www.ra.org.mw. Bidders are required to purchase the RfP for each project they wish to tender for. Therefore, they should note that while access to the RfP is free, proposals received will only be considered for evaluation if accompanied by proof of deposit or transfer of an amount of MWK30,000.00.
